In order to perform the Prostatype Test we need to process some sensitive data of you. This includes your name, social security number, your treating doctor, pathology report, PSA value, and your test result. We use these data to provide you with a clinical laboratory services, to create anonymized analyses of biomarker data for publication and internal research, and to provide customer service.
